Sierra Homes was founded in 1998 by Jay Stocking with the underlying commitment of helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership in a responsible manner. Jay’s experience began in high school and as his skills improved he ventured into remodeling and eventually new construction. His confidence, born of successful building ventures, led him to establishing Sierra Homes with the completion of his first home construction in Bear Lake. The current office and design show room is in Tremonton, Utah with an additional showroom in Springville, Utah. In 2012 Sierra Homes merged with John Caldwell of JC Builders in Utah County to create Sierra Homes South and create the Springville showroom allowing them to service a larger area.
